Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely delivery to Bay Area retailers
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA standards
- Maintain organized storage zones and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with weekly pay accountability
- Valid CA driver's license (required for equipment operation)
