Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for daily shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
