Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Prepare and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
