- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy using barcode scanners
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
