Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Pack, label, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
