Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Use warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
