Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments
- Maintain clean and efficient work areas through 5S methodology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Mesa facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Team player with strong attention to detail
