Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to specifications and timelines
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Prepare shipments and ensure proper documentation for dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
