Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship daily orders while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with receiving, storing, and labeling incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
