Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for daily shipping deadlines
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
