Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Adhere to strict safety standards and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
