Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; update inventory records
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided if needed)
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
