Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect and prepare materials for shipment, ensuring quality and packaging integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, or weekends as needed
