Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided)
- Maintain organized and clean work areas per OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued ID (no background check)
- Reliable transportation to our facility
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours with appropriate breaks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
