Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO protocols and safety standards
- Perform quality control checks on products and packaging integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Generate daily reports on inventory levels and operational metrics
- Uphold OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
