Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Train new associates on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
