Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layout following safety protocols and 5S standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Perform quality checks and documentation for all inventory movements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided training)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to shift-based work schedule
