Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory storage and cycle counts
- Inspect packaging materials for quality compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to McKellips Rd location
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
