Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with precision
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and dock areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and quality control of inbound shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to NE Portland location
