Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipment processes with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems
- Package and ship orders according to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
