Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not necessary
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license may be required for some positions
