Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse management systems with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records using RF scanners
- Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and inventory management awareness
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Reliable transportation to North Fort Worth industrial complex
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
