Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory with RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy using WMS systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and conduct cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to 2450 Independence Blvd
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
