Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and safety
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
