About the Role: As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of goods, inventory management, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage inventory using scanning systems and maintain accurate records
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license is a plus
