Responsibilities
- Accurately process, scan, and track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Load/unload shipments and verify contents against manifests
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation principles
- Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
