Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as required
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory software)
