Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the loading dock and warehouse aisles are clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload freight trucks, verifying shipment contents against packing slips.
- Assist in the organization and rotation of stock to ensure FIFO compliance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
