Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy to minimize returns.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Operate barcode scanners and computer terminals to process shipments and tickets.
- Assist in general facility maintenance and organization as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Experience with forklifts is a plus but not mandatory.
