Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, or loading docks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using industrial wrapping equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock against invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock audits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is not required but may be beneficial.
