Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory with 99% accuracy.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for the entire shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
