Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse records.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders with precision, ensuring items are packaged securely for shipment.
- Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick lists.
- Attitude: Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic.
