Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Package and label products accurately for shipment.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving dock operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
