Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic scanning and record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and quality control checks
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
