Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and process returns accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
