What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of merchandise, ensuring that our distribution centers run smoothly. We value safety, accuracy, and teamwork above all else.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and reports.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
