Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Sort, stock, and organize merchandise on the warehouse floor and in the warehouse system.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
