Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and manage stock rotation to prevent shrinkage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, complying with all company safety policies.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
