Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading trucks and verifying shipment contents.
- Quality Control: Identify damaged goods or discrepancies and report them to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime if required.
- Attitude: Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
