Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones following FIFO principles
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
