Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layout by stocking, stacking, and rotating products according to FIFO protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety standards
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company and client specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Document all warehouse activities in real-time using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with basic warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime during peak seasons
