Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones to ensure operational efficiency
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to prevent errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle count procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
