Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Ensure workspace meets OSHA safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid state ID (forklift certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled areas available)
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Parkway
