Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with company policies
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and cycle counting as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to and from the industrial park location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
