Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts daily
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Inspect goods for damage and report quality issues immediately
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist in unloading trucks and stocking shelves efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Forklift certification preferred (training available if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
