Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments
- Sort, stage, and organize inventory in designated zones
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Load and outbound shipments with proper documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
