Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones following FIFO protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment verification
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certifications
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy reports
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
