Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts per company standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
