Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory with barcode scanning systems and maintain accurate records
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Organize warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Louisiana driver's license preferred
