Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, process, and ship inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain organized warehouse space following safety protocols and 5S standards
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors immediately
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
